Stupid Americans, Stupid President, When will the reign of stupidity end?

Category: News and Politics
Yes, yes. I know it is September 12th. The day after the day that marks the five year anniversary of the infamous World Trade Center "attack". I chose not to write this yesterday, and thats because if I heard the words September 11th put in one more sentence I think my brain would have exploded.
Firstly, I want to say, if you love President Bush, this isnt the blog for you. If you are easily offended.. again, I suggest you leave.
I am an American. Remember those commercials? I am Black, I am White, I am a leader, and Im a follower. Yet, I am still an American. That is what was pounded into our brains with those ridiculous commercials. The idea that you can be anything and still be American. We are the "melting pot" of the world. (of course if you werent born here now Bush wants to get rid of you, LMAO) The place where everyone takes refuge when thier country goes to the slums.
But where will WE take refuge? I know that most people view the world trade center as a touchy subject, even one we shouldnt discuss in a negative light, but Im about to and I will warn you once more to leave if you find these sort of things offensive. We all know that the hijackers crashed into the world trade center on September 11th and killed tons of innocent Americans. That is without a doubt a FACT. These are the things that puzzle me though. Before September 11th, there were many things that led up to the destruction of the towers and ultimately, the death of innocent people. 1.) We trained the hijackers in Florida. 2.) The CIA knew of the proposed attacks, yet did little or nothing to prevent them 3.) There were no weapons of mass destruction4.) There is a plethera of oil overseas that we supposedly "needed" (Even though we could have made synthetic oil for half the price of the war and less dead bodies) (But we dont want that though. We want WAR, mass destruction and money.) 5.) Americans werent afraid of hijackers, or terrorists then, they needed to be and The united states government need to find a way to make us be and finally, 6.) The iraqi people never ONCE threatened to hurt us in any way, shape, or form... (that idea was put into our heads later.) So by knowing these things, I have come up with a theory.
President Bush is an evil man. He has done nothing to help our economy and furthermore has done more intense harm than good. He has created fear in the American public, he has invaded our homes with his new laws, he has comprimised our privacy and he has adjucated our rights. He has ruined alliances for money, he has destroyed our image throughout the world. He has lied to us repeatedly and sadly, we're so brainwashed we forgive him. I think this; and it sounds crazy but I think he planned the world trade center hijacking in order to gain leverage with the public. He knew we would think badly about the iraqis with little or no convincing. He knew we would believe they were capable of monsterous atrocity, He knew we would not think twice about war, comprimising our morals and our freedoms, sending our loved ones to die in war, if only he had some sort of excuse. So here it goes. 1.) The World Trade Center, a national symbol of our economy, plummets to the ground. 2.) Americans want revenge, americans want answers, americans are willing to do ANYTHING to get the answers and revenge. He knew we would be. 3.) He concocts a story about al quada, bin laden, (we dont even know if he ever really existed as a threat, those tapes we see could be years old by now) and saddam hussein having weapons of mass destruction, we gladly send our troops over there, masking his true intentions perfectly. Our troops think they are over there to restore peace to the United States, to go down in history as heros, when, in reality, they are viewed as bullies and are told to secure the oil fields FIRST. 4.) there were no weapons, and the public eye completely shifts from afganistan to iraq (how did they get involved again?)(oh yeah, bushes dad hated Saddam) and us turning them into a democracy, cause its "whats best" for them. Who the fuck are we to say whats better for anyone else? 5.) Laws are passed that take away our freedoms and Bush gets what he wanted, an end to his daddies battle years ago. But now we all must suffer the consequences, as mister Bush gets paid for the rest of his life for successfully ruining 200 years of planning on our part, of building an image, of alliances and economy, in just 4 short years. Thanks Mr Bush. Thanks allot. We appreciate you wiping out middle class completely, harping about how you want democracy, yet slowly creating a dictatorship. Thanks Mr Bush, you really deserve a pat on the back for that one.
In short, we are all stupid. We are all brainwashed by television and hope that there are still nice people in the world, we are brainwashed into thinking that we are the greatest country in the world. Our country is great, yes, I wouldnt trade it for the world, But when they said the greatest country they meant in resources, NOT people. Sorry folks, we arent the smartest bunch, we have little or no morals left in our society and we have school systems that raise our children to be sheep. We have the fattest overall society and why is that? Because we are the laziest. We are the easiest to sway mentally, and because of that, we are in the situation we are in now. Its sad. And its even sadder that we boast all these things about our great society but not one of us does a goddamned thing to contribute to it. Nope, we couldnt do that. And even if we did it wouldnt matter anymore because we've given the government so much power that WE dont matter anymore. (as a whole, or separately) ( I feel sorry for the young generation, I can just imagine what their lives will be like) We are just faceless sheep in the herd. And god forbid we speak out. Because our constitutional right known as free speech isnt so "free" then IS IT? No. no, no. Its not. And its our fault. We need to change this. Im sick of big brother and him looking out for us, they are not the government, WE ARE. The sooner we realize that the better. The sooner things will change. But until then, I guess its just me and my blog. Faceless, nameless, useless minds in the crowd. Blindly following. Blindly listening. Take that and chew on it.

Peace.
