Owning your own body

Ok this is something that really pushes my buttons.
The USA is one of the only countries that feels the way it does about nudity, and sex, and also swearing. They censor everything we say and show on television, radio, and print everyday. There are certain plain words we cannot even say in conjunction with each other on national TV, because of thier insinuation. We live in a society that the very fabric of it all can be turn upside down by an exposed breast with a nipple ring. (Janet Jackson) We live in our own man made perfect world. Lets talk about a dwarf named Dave Flood. He got media attention in Tampa, FL for wanting to be tossed at a bar he frequented. A gane where people toss Dwarfs to see who can throw them the farthest, or bowl him into pins.I think its stupid. But should I be able to decide for Dave? Dave could make money being tossed. If he were 6'7 hed throw a basketball into a hoop to make money, but hes 3'11 and cant. If those wrestlers and bodyguards, models, actresses and football players can make money off their bodies why cant he? the spokeswomen for Little People said it was dehumanizing and "putting all dwarfs at risk" Wtf? So a dwarf will walk into the street one day and someone will pick them up and throw them into a lamp-post because they saw it at a bar one time? I dont think so. Am I going to be walking down the street and a man rips my clothes off cause Im standing next to a pole? (Strippers) Do activists get to decide for everyone? If a woman wants to have an abortions she should be able to, it her own body. If she wants to dance for money or be a prostitute, its her own body. If a man wants to smoke until his lungs collapse, its his own body, if he wants to try drugs like heroin and marijuana he should be able to because its his body. Do you get what I am saying? We dont even own our bodies anymore. Let alone our tongues. We have to watch what we say, we have to watch what we hear and see. Everyday more than 4,000 people are arrested for selling drugs or using. Thats more than are arrested for murder, aggravated assualt and battery, forcible rape and vandalism COMBINED. Half a million are behind bars for it. But the people who buy from them are responsible for thier own bodies. People who dont want drugs wont buy. Women who dont want to sell themselves wont, and dwarfs who dont want to be tossed wont frequent those bars. Simple as that. But we cant accept that, why? Because the government is always protecting someone at the liberties of someone else. Because they are the anointed, and they know best.
